Itinerary:

• Day 1 - Arrival & Nafplio. Arrive in Athens and journey to Nafplio via the dramatic Corinth Canal, a 6 km waterway cutting through Greece’s narrow isthmus. Welcome dinner & overnight in Nafplio.

• Day 2 - Nemea Wine & Nafplio Highlights. Travel to Nemea vineyards, one of Greece’s premier wine regions — often likened to “Greek Bordeaux.” Taste local wines and learn about viticulture. Afternoon options: climb Palamidi Castle, visit Bourtzi Fortress, or stroll Nafplio’s boutiques and seaside streets.

• Day 3 - Mountain Villages & Kalamata. Explore the crisp mountain villages of Vitina and Dimitsana, known for stone architecture and scenic views. Continue south to Kalamata for dinner and overnight.

• Day 4 - Kalamata Gastronomy & Olive Oil. Enjoy a gastronomy tour with local specialties — olives, cheeses, pastries, and more. Visit ancient olive groves, a traditional olive museum, and a modern olive oil mill with expert tasting. Overnight in Kalamata.

• Day 5 - Mani Peninsula & Diros Cave. Explore seaside Stoupa, then the magical Diros Cave with its colorful stalactites and stalagmites. Visit Kardamyli, a coastal village with medieval ruins and tower houses. Dinner & overnight in Kalamata.

• Day 6 -  Athens City Tour & Sunset at Sounio. Return to Athens for a full sightseeing tour including the Acropolis, Parthenon, and Acropolis Museum. In the evening, enjoy a sunset at the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounio – one of Greece’s most unforgettable views. Dinner & overnight in Athens.

• Day 7 - Leisure Day in Athens. Enjoy a free day to explore Athens at your pace — shopping, museums, cafés, or optional tours.

• Day 8 - Departure. Breakfast and transfer to Athens Airport for your flight home.
