Itinerary:

• Day 1 - Depart Boston. Arrival in Venice. Private water taxi transfer to Hotel Principe. Evening gondola ride followed by dinner at a traditional Venetian restaurant. Overnight stay in Venice.

• Day 2 - Breakfast at the hotel. Private guided tour of Venice including St. Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, and Bridge of Sighs. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Venice.

• Day 3 - Breakfast. Depart Venice via private water taxi and transfer through a scenic drive to Florence, with a guided stop in Ferrara. Dinner en route in the Tuscan countryside. Check in at Hotel Kraft in Florence.

• Day 4 - Breakfast. Day trip to Tuscany with visits to Siena and San Gimignano. Enjoy wine tasting and lunch at a local winery. Return to Florence for overnight stay.

• Day 5 - Breakfast. Walking tour of Florence including the Duomo, Baptistry, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia. Free time in the afternoon.

• Day 6 - Breakfast. Hands-on cooking class in a historic Florentine building. Learn to prepare a full Italian menu with a local chef. Lunch included. Free afternoon to explore.

• Day 7 - Breakfast. Transfer to Rome with a scenic countryside stop for dinner. Check-in at Hotel Romanico Palace Luxury Hotel & Spa.

• Day 8 - Guided tour of Ancient Rome: Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Afternoon visit to the Vatican Museums, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Sistine Chapel. Elegant dinner at a local Roman restaurant.

• Day 9 - Depart Rome for a guided excursion at the archaeological site of Pompeii. Return to Rome.

• Day 10 - Private transfer to Rome Airport for your return flight to Boston. Tour ends.
